Captain Michael Carver...quiet the character

born in Portland, a 36 year old Captain in the Oregon Army National Guard, member of 82nd Cavalry Regiment, not much else is known about him to mall survivors as he wasn't there for long before he drove back to Louisville.

His superiors describe him as sarcastic, cocky bastard thats either incredibly brave or stupid and is exact kind of CO for the emergency at this. He doesn't take anyones shit which didn't exactly lend him a favor with Colonel Monterro, a polar opposite him of him in charge of Louisville.

On the other hand, his subordinates describe him as straight to point, no nonsense calculated CO that is not afraid to take drastic measures for sake of everyone. He's what you would describe as lawful neutral or evil
