Jackson Walker is a young man who worked in the taconite industry in Minnesota and often did some metalworking on the side along with fishing as hobbies. A few days before the fog hit, Jackson was informed that some family members were going to Nashville Tennessee to visit his Uncle for his birthday. Right before the fog hit, he was visiting the mall to look for a gift and other items when the fog hit, and in turn he was stuck with the other survivors. Jackson was one of the first people to start putting up barriers on windows and doors using his knowledge of metal. He doesn’t know what became of his family.
